Personal Branding
Branding/Motion
This project is a redesign of my personal brand identity to better reflect my design approach, cultural background, and professional experience across digital and physical applications. I developed a system that is intentional, recognizable, and scalable. The logomark is derived from the kanji in my last name, Yamakawa, emphasizing visual weight while functioning as a strong typographic symbol. Influenced by vintage stamp and seal aesthetics, the design features bold geometry, a rounded container, and high-contrast composition, paired with a restrained palette of electric blue and white to ensure clarity and consistency. The resulting identity is personal, direct, and adaptable, combining cultural reference with modern graphic language to clearly convey my design values and professional perspective.
